These terms are an agreement between you and [set CHARON_LEGAL_NAME] ("we", "us"), who run Sullivo. By creating an account or using Sullivo you accept them, along with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy.

1. Who can use Sullivo

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher. You may hold one account, and you are responsible for keeping its password (or the Google account you sign in with) secure and for what happens under it. Tell us at [set CHARON_CONTACT_EMAIL] if you think someone else has used it.

2. What Sullivo is

Sullivo writes educational material for you with artificial intelligence: course plans, chapters, interactive figures, questions and tests. It is a learning aid. Generated material can contain mistakes, gaps or out-of-date information, and it is not professional advice: do not rely on it for medical, legal, financial, safety or other decisions where an error could cause harm, and check anything important against a reliable source. We improve and change Sullivo over time, and may add, change or remove features.

3. Plans, payments and credits

• Plans. The Free plan includes one chapter. Pro and Max are monthly subscriptions with the allowances shown on our pricing page. Max is meant for one person's own learning: it allows up to 10 chapters in any 24 hours.
• Merchant of record. Purchases are sold and processed by Dodo Payments, which acts as merchant of record and handles payment, tax and invoicing. Its terms of sale also apply to your purchase.
• Renewal and cancellation. Subscriptions renew automatically each month until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from the plan panel in the app; you keep your plan until the end of the period you have paid for, and are not charged again.
• Credits top up a plan that has run out. They have no cash value, cannot be transferred, and do not expire while your account is open.
• Counting. A chapter counts against your plan or credits when it starts being written. If writing it fails, it is given back automatically.
• Price changes. We will tell you at least 30 days before a price change takes effect on your subscription; you can cancel before then.
• Refunds follow our Refund Policy.

4. Acceptable use

Use Sullivo for learning, and do not:

• break the law, or ask Sullivo for material that facilitates serious harm, such as weapons capable of mass casualties, malware, or the exploitation of anyone;
• open several accounts to collect free chapters, share an account, or resell access to Sullivo;
• try to get at other people's accounts or data, probe or overload our systems, or get around plan limits;
• scrape Sullivo, or use automated means to generate material in bulk.

We may decline requests that break these rules, and suspend or close accounts that do so repeatedly or seriously.

5. Your content and ours

What you type into Sullivo (your requests and answers) remains yours. Courses written for you are yours to use for any lawful purpose, including keeping, printing and sharing them; similar material may be written for other learners, so we cannot give you exclusive rights in it. You give us permission to store and process what you type and the material written for you in order to run Sullivo, and to use it to improve Sullivo as our Privacy Policy describes. Sullivo itself (its software, design, name and the way it teaches) belongs to us.

6. Ending your account

You can close your account at any time by writing to [set CHARON_CONTACT_EMAIL]; we delete it as our Privacy Policy describes. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms. If we close an account without cause, we refund the unused part of any paid period.

7. Disclaimers and liability

Sullivo is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we make no promises that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or fit for a particular purpose, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before it arose. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer.

8. Changes and law

We may update these terms; if a change is significant we will tell you by email or in the app before it applies, and continuing to use Sullivo after that means you accept it. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes go to the courts of [set CHARON_LEGAL_CITY], without taking away any right you have to bring a claim where you live.
